Dirty Sanchez star Matthew Pritchard attempts world record challenge in aid of charities
Matthew Pritchard is attempting to complete a world-record 30 Half Ironman triathlons in 30 days, to raise £100,000 for charities including Shelter Cymru.
The challenge started on St Davids Day, March 1st, in Cardiff, and he will be travelling through various towns and cities throughout Wales, ending in Cardiff on March 30th.
Pritchard will be attempting to complete a ‘Half Ironman’ on every day of the challenge.”70.3″ refers to the total distance in miles covered, consisting of:
Swim: 1.2 miles
Cycle: 56 miles
Run: 13.1 miles
That is 70.3 miles, every day, for 30 days!
