Interested in submitting your artwork?
Working with Fine Art Auctioneers Rogers Jones, the Shelter Cymru Art Auction has been running for 18 years drawing in established collectors and buyers to purchase the artworks of local artists. Artworks can be in any format so long as they can be transported – sculpture, drawing, painting, photographic prints are accepted, but not installations, performance and film. Submissions are limited to one single piece of artwork, with various options available in terms of collection/delivery – a member of the team will be in touch to arrange this following submission of your forms.
The deadline for entry is Thursday 17th April – download a submission form here.
Along with submission to the auction, your artwork and practice will be profiled in the auction catalogue and webpage for all buyers to view. The exact location, date and time of the 2020 Auction will be confirmed in due course, and following feedback on our last auction which was held solely digitally, we will be re-introducing the opportunity to also view the pieces ‘in the flesh’ for this year’s event. We intend to hold the auction during Summer 2020, but we are monitoring the current situation closely and will postpone if necessary.
