My Home Denbighshire

As the cost of living increases and housing waiting lists get longer, many people across the country are worried about losing their homes.

My Home Denbighshire is an early intervention project which aims to work ‘upstream’ offering support and guidance to anyone in Denbighshire, who might be facing struggles or difficulties relating to their home.

We can support with a wide range of needs that, if left unmanaged, could start to spiral out of control, eventually putting the resident at risk of becoming homeless.  By providing the necessary help and support needed, at the earliest given opportunity, we can prevent people from ever having to think about homelessness.

  • Are you struggling to pay your bills?
  • Have you lost your job? Or maybe your hours have been cut?
  • Is your relationship in difficulty?
  • Have your benefits changed and you’re finding it difficult?
  • Maybe you need to move, but don’t know where to start?
  • Are repairs needed on your home?
  • Are you unhappy with where you are living?

Shelter Cymru, Clwyd Alyn and Warm Wales are working together to get people the right support.

Help is available on a wide range of issues such as housing, finances, benefits, employment, education and training, well-being, health and relationships.
