Frequently asked questions
Where do you run your training?
We currently offer our scheduled public training programme courses in Bridgend, Cardiff, Carmarthen, Colwyn Bay, Llanrwst, Wrexham, Newport and Swansea. Please refer to individual course descriptions for specific details.
If you would like to take advantage of our popular, cost-effective, in-house training service, this can be delivered at a time and location of your choice.
How will I know if a course is appropriate for my needs?
All our courses are graded as introductory, update, or advanced level. You can search for courses on the find a course page. If you are still unsure if a course is right for you, please ring on 01792 483020 or use our contact form.
Do delegates gain a qualification for attending your courses?
All delegates receive a certificate of attendance. The majority of our courses last for one or two days, and are aimed at professionals already working in the housing field, so they do not provide any qualifications. However, the vast majority of our courses are accredited for CPD by a number of professional bodies.
