Our free webchat service

Chat to an expert housing adviser online. We are only able to offer advice in English.

Our advisers are available to chat 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday.

What to expect during the chat

Most chats usually take around 20 minutes, but can be shorter or longer depending on your issue.

Please have any relevant paperwork, information or details about your situation to hand.

Before chatting to us, we recommend trying our housing advice pages to see if you can find the information you are looking for. Use our digital assistant Wyni to guide you to the right advice.

If you’re in urgent need

If our expert housing advisers are not currently available to chat and you can’t find what you are looking for on our housing advice pages, please try our urgent housing helpline.

If you are at immediate risk
