Shelter Cymru welcomes the opportunity to provide evidence to the Welsh Affairs Select Committee around how UK Government policy levers intersect with housing and homelessness in Wales. Our thoughts have been shaped by our extensive housing advice casework across Wales and our first-hand experience of working with households who are experiencing, or are at threat of experiencing, homelessness.
