Our Impact

A mother sat with her young daughter on the couch looking through paperwork

We exist to defend the right to a safe home in Wales and fight the devastating impact of the housing emergency on people and society. Last year, we helped 20,820 people in housing need – including 6,086 dependent children – through our advice and support services. We also campaigned to tackle the causes of the housing emergency.

Amanda, from Barry, was supported through mortgage rescue by Shelter Cymru.
